Breakfast Briefing
A high-impact breakfast event in London bringing together industry leaders, policy experts and partners for a discussion on the growing influence of big tech lobbying.
The Challenge
To deliver a thought-provoking breakfast briefing within an incredibly tight turnaround of two weeks, ensuring seamless logistics, high-quality attendee experience, and alignment with sustainability considerations while handling sensitive, fast-moving subject matter around big tech influence and recent investigative reporting.
The Approach
Although time was limited, Zentive prioritised accessibility and sustainability from the outset, securing a venue near King’s Cross station which provided crucial transport links and encouraged low-carbon travel. To elevate the attendee experience from arrival, an organic coffee cart was sourced and confirmed offering barista-made drinks. Further to this, a pescatarian breakfast menu was arranged complemented with vegan juices and smoothies.

Given the timely nature of the discussion, we facilitated a custom newspaper print featuring current articles related to the topic, including coverage of Larry Ellison’s involvement in TBI. Our team also coordinated speaker travel, managed all venue operations, and oversaw the full event flow to ensure a smooth and professional delivery.

The Result
The breakfast briefing delivered a meaningful and insightful morning that sparked conversation among attendees and brought clarity to a complex and urgent policy issue. Speakers, partners and guests experienced a polished event thanks to careful planning and effective collaboration under a condensed timeline. The result was an engaging, well-executed gathering that demonstrated Zentive’s ability to deliver excellence under pressure while upholding thoughtful sustainability choices.
