Educational Medical Conference
An educational medical conference which aims to bring together researchers, policymakers, and funders to discuss the cholera research system, challenges around the use of evidence, and ideas for harnessing research to improve the management and control of cholera.
The Challenge
Zentive was brought onboard to handle registrations, interpretation, and onsite production for a hybrid educational medical conference at Severin Sea Lodge, Mombasa. The goal was to manage the complex logistics and ensure everything ran smoothly for both organisers and attendees.
The Approach
To simplify registration, Zentive created a custom website, making sign-ups easy for delegates while giving organisers all the info they needed. Ahead of going onsite, pre-event calls were held with the client, production team, interpreters, and suppliers to keep everyone on the same page.

The team confirmed final attendee numbers with suppliers, carried out tech checks to ensure everything worked perfectly, and prepared detailed documents like health and safety protocols, schedules, and run sheets to keep everything on track.
